SQUAT PACE TRAINING is a program that I have been coaching for the past decade. It has absolutely altered the course of my health and fitness for the better, in addition to earning me world records in fitness.
I began my fitness career, in 1997, when I realized that people were setting themselves up for failure by doing too much high-impact exercises; training that would eventually cause them to be unable to perform youthful movements with high levels of power, due to injuries. Joint injury rates are extremely high because of inappropriate fitness programs and peoples’ desperation to be fit and toned....rapidly. These injuries are devastating and disabling. I witnessed this first-hand even within my own family. And I guess you could say I got angry at the irresponsibility of some folks in the fitness industry. So I promised myself that I would search for a fitness solution that could be applied for the benefit of the majority of people – a system that would enable participants to exercise at “high intensity” with low or no impact to the joints. I, myself, was an avid runner for much of my life. The irony is that now I can crush anyone of my running records, and I don’t even practice running on a regular basis. The thanks go entirely to the gentle art of body weight squatting and SQUAT PACE TRAINING.
I’ve made SQUAT PACE TRAINING available free for everyone on the SQUAT PACE TRAINING CHANNEL on YouTube. A variety of basic paces have been uploaded. More paces can be found on SQUAT TV, including total-body workouts that utilize squat pacing. SQUAT PACE TRAINING is ultimately a total body training program. So get ready to build the foundation of your fountain of youth and power.

In Sullivan County, weigh-ins take place at the Liberty Fitness Center, 85 N. Main Street, on Thursdays at 6:45 pm
If you live at a distance from Sullivan County, NY, THIS PROGRAM CAN BE COMPLETED REMOTELY. Please message me for more details on how to participate from any location.
There will be short phone conferences Wednesdays at 8:30 pm and MOST Sundays at 7:30 pm. All you need is a cell phone or a landline.
$95 program fee, for gym members.

Anywhere you can get on a phone for telephone conference calls three times per week. These calls are designed to keep you focused and motivated! In-person weigh-ins at The Liberty Fitness Center.

This is a 10-week intensive lifestyle coaching program and support group lead by Andre Turan, A.C.E. Certified. The Before and After program has been SUCCESSFUL at reducing weight and body fat for 100% of its compliant members. Before and after pictures will be taken to document your success!
